We are seeking a dynamic and motivated

Talent Resourcer

to join our

People Team

at our UK head office. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and attracting top talent to support our business objectives. You will work closely with hiring managers and the People Team to ensure a seamless recruitment and selection process and help to build a strong talent pipeline. This is a superb opportunity for someone looking for their first role within Human Resources. Key Responsibilities: Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recommendations. Maintain and update our applicant tracking system and candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and selection process. Qualifications/Experience: Educated to GCSE level in English and maths. Degree qualified in HR/Business is desirable. Previous experience in a talent resourcing role is highly regarded but not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools such as Networx is desirable.
