As a Talent Sourcer, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our future by uncovering talent across the UK, USA, and Germany. You’ll deep dive into the market, building relationships with passive candidates, and sparking their interest in what VoCoVo has to offer. You’ll be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts, working closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to understand their needs and delivering tailored sourcing strategies to find exceptional people. This is a hybrid position with 1 day per week working from one of our offices (Cheltenham or Shipton under Wychwood). To apply for this Talent Sourcer position, you must be based in the UK and have the legal right to work. What we're looking for You've previously worked as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar recruitment role and have a proven track record of finding and engaging passive candidates in the UK. Experience sourcing candidates in Germany and USA is highly desirable. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can craft messages that resonate with candidates. You keep up to date with the latest sourcing tools, trends and techniques. You enjoy conducting thorough research and analysing data to identify the best candidates. You manage your time well and can juggle multiple projects without missing a beat. You're comfortable in a fast-paced environment and can adjust to changing priorities. You understand the nuances of international recruitment and can effectively engage with candidates from diverse backgrounds. What you'll do Create and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles, ensuring we have a diverse and talented group to choose from. Use various channels like LinkedIn, professional networks, and direct outreach to identify and connect with potential candidates. Partner with hiring managers and Talent Partners to understand their needs and develop sourcing strategies that fit each unique role. Keep up with market trends and gather insights about talent landscapes in the UK, USA, and Germany. Craft compelling messages to reach out to candidates, showcasing what makes VoCoVo a great place to work. Ensure all candidate information is accurately recorded in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and comply with data protection laws. Track and report on sourcing metrics to continually improve our approach and effectiveness. Talent Sourcer Salary Salary range:
