As a Tax Advisor, you will meet with Members in their place of business to understand their financial situation and provide tailored tax strategies that minimize taxes in both the short and long term. In addition, you will introduce them to our full range of services, including bookkeeping, legal assistance, payroll, and access to financial and estate planning professionals. This includes support in areas such as estate planning, retirement planning, and cash flow management, as their needs arise. Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional tax and accounting advice to FBC members. Foster strong relationships with FBC members and secure member referrals. Meet with members in their place of business. Recognize member needs and connect them with our other domain experts within the company and network. Participate in community events. What You Will Bring

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience with a tax preparation or accounting firm. Proficiency in tax preparation & accounting software, preferably with Taxprep and Xero. iFirm knowledge would be desirable. Experience with corporate tax would be considered an asset. Experience preparing tax returns for farms and small businesses. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Superior client service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines. Other Requirements: Please note that this is a role that requires travel. A reliable vehicle is necessary. What We Offer / Why FBC?
