This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious attorney who has 3+ years of significant experience in structuring clients’ businesses and transactions in a manner that unites their commercial objectives with tax efficiency, focusing particularly on the formation and operation of private equity, venture capital, and hedge funds. You will also have experience advising public and private companies on the tax and regulatory aspects of transactional matters such as acquisitions, mergers, capital raising, restructurings, joint ventures, initial public offerings, and debt issuances.
Your work will include tax planning, providing advice and solutions to employers in response to industry shifts, and advising on general tax matters.
Annual salary range:
$250,000 – $345,000
