Tax Compliance Director Lincolnshire Hybrid Salary £80,000 - £100,000 Butler Rose is excited to represent a well-established, top 50 accountancy firm in Lincolnshire seeking a Tax Compliance Director to join their Corporate Tax Team. The role will lead the delivery of UK corporate tax compliance work for clients, delivering assignments and taking responsibility for client relationships. Role Responsibilities Oversee a portfolio of high-value corporate clients, providing expert tax compliance and advisory services. Build strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and ensuring a seamless client experience. Provide comprehensive tax advice on a range of complex issues and liaise with technical teams in areas including transfer pricing, R&D tax relief, group reorganisations, patent box. Contribute to business development initiatives, building relationships with potential clients and collaborating with directors to expand our corporate tax offering. Coach and mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Work closely with colleagues in other departments to identify tax-related opportunities and risks for clients, ensuring a holistic approach to service delivery.
