They are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Tax Manager to lead the tax advisory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing expert tax advice, and ensuring compliance with all relevant tax regulations. This role requires a deep understanding of tax laws, excellent client management skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of tax professionals.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements: Manage and oversee the tax advisory team, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Provide specialist tax advice to clients, including tax planning, compliance, and risk management. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for tax-related matters. Stay up to date with changes in tax legislation and ensure clients are informed of any implications. Conduct tax research and analysis to support client needs and identify tax-saving opportunities. Prepare and review complex tax returns and reports. Represent clients in dealings with tax authorities and during audits. Mentor and develop junior tax staff, providing guidance and support. Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification or working towards one (CTA) is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax advisory or a similar role within an accountancy practice. In-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage and develop a team. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
