As part of our clients continued growth, their specialist tax team is currently looking for a Manager with experience in Private Client tax compliance and advisory work who is looking to develop their career within a dynamic, fast-moving environment. The client's philosophy is to help our clients grow their businesses and to assist them in meeting their business objectives. They need people who are client-focused and who want to make a difference in the client's business. About the Role Working closely with the Tax Partner and directors, you will provide both advisory and tax planning services to a varied portfolio of clients comprising High Net Worth Individuals, Partners, and Business Directors. About You The successful candidate will be highly motivated to develop existing relationships and confident when dealing with High Net Worth clients across a broad spectrum of backgrounds. Key Responsibilities: Management of a portfolio of High Net Worth Individuals, Partners, and Business Directors. Preparation of complex tax returns. Advising on a wide range of tax strategies. Broad experience of a range of tax situations applicable to higher net worth individuals. Completing Trust Returns. Preparing P11D. Communication with HMRC. Provide advice to clients. Management of junior members of the team, supporting with training and professional development. Specific Experience: CTA qualified is preferred or equivalent (along with an accounting qualification such as ACA or ACCA). Significant previous experience operating at Senior/Manager or a similar role is required, or can demonstrate the skill set required to undertake the role. Proven experience in client handling and project management. Tax experience from a practice background would be a distinct advantage. What the Client Offers: A competitive remuneration package.
