As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Tax Manager to join our team in Dublin. As a Tax Manager, your main responsibilities will be: Tax Compliance and Reporting

Manage and oversee corporate tax (CT) computations and filings for all jurisdictions (UK, Ireland, Germany, Sweden, and Finland), liaising with local accountants and co-sec services where applicable. Ensure timely and accurate VAT registrations across the company’s operational regions. Prepare and review statutory tax returns and disclosures, ensuring compliance with local laws and international tax standards. Corporate Tax Planning and Structuring

Develop and implement effective corporate tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities while maintaining compliance. Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams to structure projects and transactions tax-efficiently. Provide guidance on tax implications of mergers, acquisitions, or joint ventures in different jurisdictions. Tax Risk Analysis and Management

Identify, assess, and mitigate tax risks across all areas of operation. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of tax legislation changes in each jurisdiction, advising on implications and strategic responses. Coordinate with external advisors and auditors on complex tax matters and disputes. Cross-Border Tax Operations

Ensure compliance with international tax obligations, including Transfer Pricing regulations and OECD guidelines. Support the development and maintenance of intercompany pricing agreements and documentation. Manage cross-border tax matters, including withholding taxes and permanent establishment risks. Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration

Act as the primary point of contact for tax-related queries, both internally and externally. Provide regular updates to senior management on tax positions, opportunities, and risks. Support finance and operational teams with tax-related training and knowledge sharing. Process Optimization and Automation

Streamline tax compliance processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Explore and implement technology solutions to enhance tax reporting and management. Qualifications and Skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Taxation. Professional tax qualification (e.g., CTA, ACCA, ACA) preferred. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in tax management, preferably in multinational or energy-related sectors. Demonstrable knowledge of tax legislation in the UK and Ireland. Strong understanding of VAT, corporate tax, transfer pricing, and international tax regulations. Familiarity with renewable energy project structures and their tax implications is a plus. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a dynamic environment. Languages:

Proficiency in English is required; additional proficiency in German, Swedish, or Finnish is advantageous. Additional Information
