Prepare and review tax returns for a diverse client base, ensuring compliance. Provide high level tax advisory services, including corporation tax planning, personal tax advice and tax efficient structuring for clients. Manage a portfolio of around 240 clients, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to add to their tax strategies. Oversee and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development. Stay up to date with changes in tax laws, regulations and industry best practices, ensuring clients receive accurate and timely advice. Manage tax audits and investigations, liaising with HMRC and representing clients where necessary. Monitor and manage the delivery of client work to ensure deadlines and service standards are consistently met. Experience required:
Minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong knowledge of UK tax legislation, including corporation tax, personal tax and VAT. Proven experience managing a diverse client portfolio, providing strategic tax planning and delivering tailored solutions to complex tax issues. In-depth knowledge of tax compliance processes and experience in managing and reviewing tax returns for both corporate and individual clients. Strong leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships advising on tax risks, compliance and opportunities for tax efficiency. Benefits & Additional info:
