Cheltenham We are a small established firm of accountants, tax, and business advisors based in Cheltenham, providing a comprehensive range of services to businesses, their owners, and high net worth individuals across the UK. As a growing accountancy and tax practice, we are expanding our team and looking for an experienced part-time Personal Tax Manager. This role includes managing and developing team members while reviewing their work. You will work with the director on various planning projects and technical assignments and have the opportunity to get involved in business development and networking. The position offers hybrid working, allowing you to work from the office or home, supporting you to achieve the right balance of flexibility while delivering excellent client services. Previous personal tax experience in a similar role within a practice environment is essential. Up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation and guidance. Excellent interpersonal skills and a people-oriented approach. Organized, confident, and diligent with a commitment to deadlines. Key Responsibilities

Hands-on preparation of client work. Reviewing files of team members. Commercially driven to contribute towards continued growth. Building strong relationships with a broad portfolio of clients and ensuring the delivery of a quality trusted advisor service. Identifying and advising on tax planning opportunities. Benefits

Competitive salary based on experience. 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays. Paid professional membership and CPD. Hybrid and flexible working – with 2 days office-based in Cheltenham. Ideally 3-4 days per week – 0.6/0.8 FTE. Salary Full-Time Equivalent: £46,500 – £54,000, negotiable.
