Due to significant growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Tax Manager with an international focus to join the team in Manchester. The role is in a fast-paced organisation where you will have the chance to take on new challenges in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Responsible for supporting the Group’s multi-national platforms across all their taxes, working alongside divisional finance teams. The role is suited to a dynamic tax professional with experience in UK corporation tax and VAT. It will involve some European travel. The International Tax Manager will support the tax department in managing the Group's tax matters, including responsibility for:
Management and oversight of tax compliance.
Supporting the tax team with the Group's expansion into new jurisdictions and taking the lead on managing local filing requirements.
Monitoring changes and developments in international taxes across the Group’s operations.
Providing business support in relation to ad hoc corporation tax and VAT queries as well as tax advisory support on some M&A transactions.
Withholding tax management and assistance with tax treaty claims.
