Join one of the fastest-growing and most forward-thinking firms in the market, seeking to expand their M&A Tax team. Work with ambitious clients on deals ranging from £5m to £100m, primarily for owner-managed businesses, alongside a highly collaborative in-house Corporate Finance team. What You'll Do: Deliver bespoke tax advice across buy-side, sell-side, and post-sale transactions. Lead pre-sale tax structuring, due diligence, and transaction support. Manage client relationships, stakeholders, and project delivery. Train and mentor junior team members. What You'll Need: UK transaction tax experience with deals in the £15m-£50m range. CTA (and ideally ACA/ACCA) qualified. Strong technical knowledge with a commercial mindset. Excellent communication and client management skills.
