Your Key Responsibilities: Build strong client relationships through regular meetings, becoming their trusted tax advisor. Engage directly with HMRC, securing clearances and supporting clients with enquiries and investigations. Take ownership of reviewing complex corporation tax computations and providing feedback to accounts and audit teams. Oversee and review personal tax, partnership, and trust computations, helping to guide and upskill your team. Provide expert input on legal documents related to company restructures, acquisitions, and mergers. Lead tax due diligence projects and deliver effective, timely solutions to your clients.
What We're Looking For in You: Qualified CTA or ACA professional
with a proven track record in tax management. Advanced knowledge of Corporation Tax, Income Tax, Inheritance Tax, and Capital Gains Tax. Confidence in building and nurturing client relationships, with the ability to lead meetings and influence outcomes. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex legislation and case law. A natural leader who thrives on mentoring and developing team members. Proficiency with technology to enhance workflow and efficiency.
