Job Description
Your role is to:
Supervise and manage a portfolio of private clients.
Ensure all tax compliance work is completed accurately and meets deadlines.
Develop and maintain client relationships through regular communication.
Provide insightful advice on tax-related matters and identify opportunities for advisory work.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of tax compliance processes.
Mentor and guide junior team members.
Stay updated with changes in tax regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Tax Manager should have:
Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CTA). Part qualified candidates are also encouraged to apply. Proven experience in a tax compliance role within the professional services industry - preferably working with ultra high net worth individuals. Strong knowledge of UK tax laws and private client tax issues. Excellent communication and client management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
