Job Description

The Tax Department is responsible for global tax accounting, tax compliance, and tax planning for the Company. The International Tax Analyst, reporting to the Senior Tax Director - International, will assist with the preparation/review of direct and indirect tax compliance and reporting for all countries outside North America, working closely with the senior indirect tax analyst and the direct and indirect tax managers. The role will require working with financial data and collaborating with cross-functional team members, particularly finance.

Key responsibilities: Supports team in compiling and analysing financial data for direct and indirect compliance. Supports preparation and/or review of monthly/annual tax returns. Assists in reconciliation of month-end tax balances. Through training and on-the-job learning, develops a deeper understanding of VAT and direct tax systems in key International jurisdictions. Required education:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent, or alternatively ACA/CTA (or equivalent).

Required experience:

Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Top 10/corporate in-house tax department or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Flex Designation: Hybrid-Eligible or On-Site Eligible

Flex Eligibility Status:

In this Hybrid-Eligible role, you can choose to be designated as: 1.

Hybrid : work remotely up to two days per week;

or select 2.

On-Site : work five days per week on-site with ad hoc flexibility.
