Tax Senior / Tax Manager Job Overview Assisting with M&A transactions and due diligence. Managing complex group reorganisations. Providing advice on management incentives, including growth shares and EMI schemes. Offering family wealth planning services, such as protecting assets for future generations and advising on trusts and estate planning. Reviewing corporate tax returns and providing guidance on tax payments. Collaborating with lawyers and other professional advisors. Overseeing project management tasks, including billing, communications, and risk management. Mentoring and supporting the development of junior team members. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Tax Senior / Tax Manager Job Requirements Exam-qualified or part qualified. Strong technical skills and a desire to learn. Ability to manage a project and key stakeholders involved. A business understanding of an accounting practice. Review work of more junior team members and feedback where appropriate.
Tax Senior / Tax Manager Salary & Benefits Competitive salary, industry standard for this role would typically start at 40k+ for a Senior and 55k+ for a Manager 25 days annual leave + bank Time off in Lieu 9am - 5:30 (flexible) Hybrid working (2 days from home per week) Charity team events Onsite Parking
