The Role As a Tax Senior, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional service and expert tax advice. This is an opportunity where your technical expertise and strong organisational skills will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities Provide a consistently high level of service to a portfolio of clients, exceeding their expectations. Prepare tax returns following professional standards and company procedures. Ensure all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet agreed standards. Act as a mentor and line manager to junior team members, fostering their development. Stay up-to-date with legal and statutory requirements, ensuring compliance across the team. Represent the firm with professionalism, contributing to its innovative and forward-looking approach. What We're Looking For ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified, or part-qualified with significant relevant experience. A strong background in tax, with 3-5 years of experience, ideally in a practice environment. Proven ability to manage a varied portfolio of clients effectively. Strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and proficiency in technology. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
