Monday - Friday, flexible working around core hours (10:30am - 4pm), 37.5 hours per week Our client is looking for an experienced tax senior/manager who is responsible for leading tax advisory projects and collaborating with directors. This role involves tax planning, compliance oversight, technical reviews, and managing processes like P11D and HMRC disclosures. Additionally, it includes reviewing team outputs, providing technical tax support, and building strong client relations. Benefits: 31 holidays including bank holidays Professional memberships paid for Annual leave purchase scheme Cycle to work scheme Free parking Free eye tests Various staff incentives Pension The role: Lead tax advisory projects and collaborate with directors on tax planning, including Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax, and profit extraction. Coordinate and oversee tax compliance for a diverse client base. Conduct technical tax reviews for personal, partnership, trust, and corporate tax computations. Review and provide feedback on the work of team members. Manage the P11D process and review forms prepared by junior staff. Prepare disclosures and reports for HMRC. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients. Provide tax technical support to clients, directors, and colleagues across the group. The successful candidate: Possess strong technical expertise and comprehensive knowledge of UK tax matters. Demonstrated commitment to a career in tax, supported by experience in a similar role. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and use initiative. Skilled in interacting with clients and colleagues at all levels. Approachable and supportive, with a willingness to assist and contribute to colleagues' career development. Flexible to work in other offices on an ad-hoc basis. CTA qualified or qualified by experience. Experience of Iris Accountancy Suite preferred.
