The Role Advise leading fund managers on a range of matters, including carry structuring, continuation vehicles, LP portfolio sales, GP M&A, and more. Collaborate with colleagues across tax, funds, and corporate teams globally to provide commercially focused advice. Participate in transactions with a strong international flavor, working daily with multi-jurisdictional teams. Develop client relationships and contribute to thought leadership within the industry. The Person Qualified Solicitor with
4+ years' PQE
and strong funds tax experience gained at a highly regarded firm in Ireland or the UK. Outstanding academic background and first-rate legal skills. Proven ability to provide commercial solutions and manage complex transactional work. Excellent communication and analytical skills with a high level of commercial awareness.
