The team plays a pivotal role in supporting high-profile M&A transactions and providing bespoke tax planning services to clients across diverse industries. You will work in a collaborative environment, gaining exposure to cross-border tax issues and collaborating with industry leaders.
The Role:
This is a rare opportunity to enjoy a balanced practice, with your time split between:
Transactional Tax (50%) : Partnering with market-leading teams to provide strategic tax advice on complex M&A deals, helping clients navigate the tax aspects of their most significant transactions.
Standalone Tax Planning (50%) : Advising on sophisticated tax strategies and structures, empowering clients to achieve their business goals with clarity and confidence.
