Our client's Tax Technology and Transformation Consulting team leads the market in helping clients tackle these issues by combining the most advanced technologies with deep expertise in tax, finance, and consulting.

As the company continues its rapid growth, it is seeking experienced leaders in ERP business integration to expand its capabilities. This is an opportunity for individuals to shape the future of tax technology while working with state-of-the-art platforms, innovative consulting practices, and a talented and supportive team. Key Responsibilities

Join the leadership team, contributing to business strategy, driving growth, and developing the next generation of tax technology experts. Lead and expand teams focused on ERP implementation solutions. Design and implement comprehensive tax technology strategies for clients, addressing both high-level strategic goals and day-to-day operational needs. Develop and deliver innovative tools, thought leadership, and processes to support diverse client engagements. Identify client pain points and propose cost-effective, technology-driven solutions that improve processes, data management, and system performance. Utilize and analyze client data using advanced tools, creating insightful dashboards and reports. Continuously develop your technical expertise, staying ahead of the latest tax technologies and ERP advancements. Key Skills and Competencies for Success

Proven leaders in managing complex, technically demanding consulting projects. Strong communicators who can present effectively to clients and senior stakeholders. Skilled at identifying risks, solving problems, and developing innovative solutions. Experienced in ERP systems, particularly in finance or tax transformation projects. Committed to self-development, with a strong interest in technology, data management, and process improvement. Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, candidates should have: Expertise in at least one of the following: technology solutions implementation, finance, or tax performance improvement. Experience leading large-scale technology implementations and finance transformation programmes. A good understanding of corporate income tax compliance, tax reporting processes, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle). Ideally, qualifications such as ACA, CTA, or equivalent are preferred.
