Director - Tax, Trusts & Probate (IHT Specialism)
Overview
This senior role focuses on trust taxation, non-contentious probate, and inheritance tax planning. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, oversee compliance, and provide strategic estate planning advice.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on trusts, estate planning, and inheritance tax.
Oversee probate processes, including onboarding and compliance with regulations.
Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
Prepare and review trust and estate accounts, tax returns, and related documentation.
Lead and mentor team members, delegating and reviewing work.
Support business development by identifying growth opportunities.
Requirements
CTA and/or STEP qualified with a minimum of 5 years' experience in probate and private client work.
Strong knowledge of the probate process and trust compliance.
