The Role: Tax & Trusts Solicitor joining this highly regarded Private Client team. Recognised in the

Legal 500

and led by a Chambers-rated 'Leading Individual,' the team handles a wide range of matters, including: Advise on tax principles for various trust types, including income tax, capital gains tax and IHT

Manage trust portfolios, including tax returns, annual accounts, trustee reporting, and tax payments.

Use HMRC's Trust Registration Service and online tax programs to maintain trust details and ensure compliance with FATCA, CRS, and LEI requirements.

Provide tax guidance during estate administration, covering income, CGT, and chargeable event gains, with reporting via informal settlements or self-assessment returns.

Support the preparation of Wills, lifetime IHT planning, and administration of estates, including intestacy cases.

Requirements: The firm is looking for a motivated and client-focused individual who has: Private Client Solicitor with 2-5 Years PQE , with experience in tax and trust matters.

Strong communication and client care skills.

A proactive, self-sufficient approach with commercial awareness.

A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for business development.
