My client based in Birmingham, a prestigious and growing financial planning company, is looking for a dedicated Training & Competence Manager (T&C) to drive their regulatory excellence and ensure their staff are equipped to deliver the highest standards of service and compliance.
As the T&C Manager, you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing our comprehensive Training & Competence (T&C) program, ensuring that staff meet all FCA regulatory requirements. Reporting directly to the Head of Compliance, you’ll take charge of delivering tailored training for new starters, setting robust competency standards, and continually refining our T&C practices to reflect industry and regulatory changes.
