This is an exciting opportunity to teach in a dynamic, inclusive engineering training environment. As a Senior Instructional Officer (SIO), you will play a vital role in developing training programs that transform RAF personnel into competent and inspired mechanical technicians. Job Summary

You will be responsible for delivering training and lessons, producing lesson plans, and supporting course materials. You will also participate in internal and external evaluation audits, ensure student conduct and discipline standards, and integrate literacy and numeracy into lessons. Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should be a great communicator with the ability to effectively describe complicated ideas to different audiences. They must be well organised, proficient in time management, and have good public speaking skills. Requirements

Recognised experience and background in mechanical engineering Familiarity with mechanical engineering management practices and trade policy Experience in delivery of training Benefits
