You will have the opportunity to shape the future of young minds, fostering a love for learning and a deep understanding of the business and economic world.Business Studies & Economics Teacher Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality lessons in Business Studies & Economics to Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 studentsDevelop and implement innovative teaching strategies that inspire and engage studentsAssess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback to support their academic growthCollaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environmentParticipate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum developmentOrganise and supervise extracurricular activities and educational trips related to Business Studies & EconomicsBusiness Studies & Economics  Teacher Requirements:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Business Studies, Economics, or a related fieldExperience teaching Business Studies & Economics at the secondary school levelStrong subject knowledge and a passion for the subjectsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to create a positive and inclusive classroom environmentCommitment to ongoing professional development and learningPlease be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
