you. Your new role The head of the Design Technology department joined the school in September and is incredibly strong, since joining they have re-written our curriculum and revitalised the department. This is an exciting time to join, teach new courses and continue to re-shape
the department. The subject is well-regarded by pupils and they're keen to learn so this is a really exciting opportunity. The school are very fortunate to have strong links with the community and this year we are going to JCB in for a STEM event in the Spring
term and we also have a project planned with The Inspirational Learning Co and General Electric later in the year. We believe in giving all teachers the opportunity to be great and will support you both personally and professionally to ensure you reach your
full potential.
What you'll need to succeed You will be a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with strong subject knowledge in Design Technology, strong classroom management skills and a passion for the subject. You will have a successful track record of improving the education of pupils and
