You will be an outstanding practitioner with a proven track record. Have a strong focus on teaching and learning. Be experienced in managing others and supporting them to develop their teaching including coaching, mentoring, and training. Have proven experience of positively impacting on student progress, raising attainment, and developing excellence. Be fully committed to Tanfield School’s ethos of high expectations and no excuses.
