What do you need to be a successful Teaching and Learning Development Specialist at Activate Learning? You will be a qualified teacher with proven experience in developing teaching skills for others and a track record of delivering high-quality learning experiences. Your own commitment to ongoing personal professional development (CPD) will reflect your deep enthusiasm and passion for learning and developing others. You will be confident with using a wide range of tools to enable the best learning experience for our learners and model the use of a diverse range of teaching, learning and assessment strategies effectively. Your energy, enthusiasm and passion will foster strong internal stakeholder relationships, and you will be confident to actively engage with leaders and employees to identify training needs and contribute to the design and development of the teacher skills development programme and measure the impact of the programme. You will be an excellent communicator with excellent digital skills, comfortable with presenting and facilitating to a range of stakeholders and able to articulate the impact and value add of teaching, learning and assessment development initiatives. Strong organisational skills will allow you to manage multiple streams of activity with varying priorities.
