This role is key for the strategic ambitions of the college, to ensure excellent quality of provision in all areas. Supporting the academic staff within the college to develop their own practice, and thus raise the standard of teaching, learning and assessment experienced by the learners and apprentices. The Teaching and Learning Lecturer and Coach will deliver on a suite of teacher development qualifications and courses, and work with a caseload of staff to support the development of excellent teaching and learning.
