An opportunity has arisen for a permanent practitioner post within the Teaching and Learning Provision based in Eastbourne. Term-time only; Monday – Friday 8.45am-3.30pm. Approximate salary: £18,890 per annum. The Teaching and Learning Provision (TLP) supports children and young people (CYP) with medical needs by providing short-term packages of education. The practitioner role supports CYP in the home, community, teaching centre or school to successfully reintegrate back to school by designing a return to school plan and to support the learning of the children. Being a car driver with access to a car is essential for the role. We would love to hear from candidates from: A wide range of child-focused and mental health backgrounds. Anyone who has some experience and knowledge and would love to develop in the role. East Sussex Council offers an excellent training package and is happy to support career development.
