Salary details: A1/B1 – depending upon experience The Governing Body of Strawberry Fields Primary School, Garforth, is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join our staff team. Teaching Assistant– 25 hours. This is a temporary position, term time only, up to the 31.08.26 the first instance. We are looking for a Teaching assistant who: · Wants to make a difference to our children. · Has a knowledge of the foundation stage curriculum, or a desire and willingness to build knowledge of this. · Can work effectively within a team around them. · Is optimistic, enthusiastic, positive and forward-thinking. · Has excellent communication skills and enjoys working collaboratively with parents and families. · Always puts the child at the centre. · Believes in inclusivity and equality for all children. · Is committed to our school ethos of, ‘Learning together, building the future.’ We can offer you: · A warm and welcoming school family with a dedicated team of staff. · Motivated, well-behaved and enthusiastic children, who are supported by committed families. · A superb learning environment. · A supportive leadership team and governing body. · Excellent professional development opportunities.
