**About the Role:**

This is a fantastic opportunity to explore your passion for education by assisting students aged 4-11, contributing to their social, emotional, and academic growth. Youll work closely with teachers and provide valuable support to children in a dynamic and enriching classroom environment.

**Your Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with teachers to work with groups of children. * Provide regular progress updates to the class teacher and maintain records. * Attend to childrens personal needs, including minor first aid, and offer guidance on pastoral, social health, physical hygiene, and welfare matters. * Engage with teachers, caregivers, and parents to monitor student development. * Support children on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to facilitate their learning. * Be a positive role model for students and staff.

**Your Qualifications:**

* Experience working with children. * Genuine passion for working with children. * Grade C or above (or equivalent) in GCSE Maths and English. * Enhanced child DBS (we can assist if you dont already have one). * Classroom and behaviour management skills. * Patience to support pupils in understanding lessons and engaging in activities planned by the teacher. * Eligibility to work in the UK **(Sponsorship not provided).**
