£7 Working week:

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week, 8:30am - 4:30pm. (Term Time only - 38-40 Weeks a year) Notice Period:

1 Month Apprenticeship Details:

18 months expected duration to complete, working towards your Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification. (All learning is delivered online/ remote). Training Provider:

LMP Education (rated as the best UK training provider) Main Duties: Assist the teacher in delivering lessons by preparing materials and setting up activities. Provide one-on-one or small group support to pupils, particularly in core subjects like Maths and English. Foster an inclusive learning environment that accommodates the needs of pupils from diverse cultural, ethnic, and linguistic backgrounds. Support pupils in managing their behavior and maintaining a positive attitude toward learning. Act as a positive role model, encouraging respect, inclusivity, and good conduct. Provide emotional and social support to pupils as needed. Help maintain accurate records of pupil progress and attendance. Support teachers with classroom organization and preparation of resources. Ensure learning areas are tidy and conducive to learning. Person Specification Required: Maths and English GCSE (A-C Grade) or equivalent High levels of enthusiasm and commitment to helping pupils to succeed Ability to relate well to children and adults and to work flexibly as part of a team Experience of working with children from a wide range of backgrounds Good organisation and communication skills Further Details: About the Placement:
