Key Responsibilities

Assist the class teacher in delivering dynamic and engaging lessons to students. Provide individual and small group support to students, including those with additional learning needs. Help with the preparation and organization of resources to enhance student learning. Create a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and student engagement. Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as necessary. Maintain a safe and welcoming classroom environment, ensuring adherence to safeguarding policies. Collaborate with the wider school team to implement targeted interventions and support programs. About You

The ideal candidate will: Have experience working with children in a primary school setting. Possess a positive and proactive attitude with a genuine passion for supporting children’s education. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. Be a collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with colleagues. Desirable

Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant certificate. Experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEN). An understanding of the primary curriculum. What We Offer
