- Mount House School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 pastoral and academic support to students with EHCP needs.
- Attend lessons to provide in-class assistance, guide students through classwork and homework, and engage them through their interests, including subjects such as art, food technolo.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.
Confirmed role details
- £19,650 per annum.
- Permanent, 41.6 weeks per year.

- Patience, clear communication, classroom awareness, and confidence supporting learners.
- Build positive relationships with both students and families, supporting clear communication between home and school.
