  • Provide one‑to‑one or small‑group support to pupils with SEND, including ASC, ADHD, SEMH, or learning difficulties.
  • Assisting in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support plans.
  • Supporting pupils with classroom activities, ensuring they remain engaged and on task.
  • Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
  • Adapt learning materials to meet the needs of individual pupils.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff and external professionals.

Skills and requirements

  • Experience working with children with SEND (school or care setting).
  • Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
  • A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
  • Protocol Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
