About the school:
Remedy Education are recruiting on behalf of a Primary school in Lewisham who are looking for a Qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team from January 2025.
The team is looking for someone with evident previous experience in a similar setting who is strong and confident in supporting children in Reception and Year 3.
The school seeks someone who is confident, dedicated, and excels in behaviour management.
The role will consist of:
Providing tailored support and working with children with SEN (special education needs)
Creating a safe environment that allows the children to have fun, learn, and succeed
Providing academic support on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
Assisting the teacher
The Ideal Candidate:
Level 3 TA qualified or equivalent
Knowledge and experience working with both Reception and Year 3
Experience supporting pupils with SEN on a voluntary or paid basis
Position Details:
Location - Lewisham
Position - Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Contract Type - Temporary (with possible permanent opportunities)
Pay - £95 - £105 per day
