Teaching Assistant focuses on someone who is driven, passionate and committed to supporting sen learners with various special educational needs and have high expectations to ensure all pupils make good progress.

What the role involves

• Someone who is driven, passionate and committed to supporting SEN learners with various special educational needs and have high expectations to ensure all pupils make good progress.

Skills and requirements

• Although experience of working with a variety of needs is preferred, what’s essential is that you have a passion and enthusiasm for going above and beyond for children of all needs.
• A team teach qualification is desired but not essential.
• Ideally have previous experience in a similar role in either a mainstream or specialist setting.
• Experience working with children with SEND either on a 1:1 basis or in a classroom setting.

Confirmed role details

• There are Part Time, Full Time and long term roles with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

• patience, clear communication, classroom awareness, and confidence supporting learners

Additional role context

• Successful candidates will earn a minimum of £90 a day.
