Teaching Assistant Level 3

Fixed Term to 31st August 2025, part time, working 32.5 hours per week. Term Time plus 6 INSET days. Salary: Grade 4 (SCP 5 – 6) £23,500 - £23,893 per annum pro rata. Actual Salary: £17,925.03 - £18,224.80 per annum.

As a partner academy in JTMAT and a growing school, we are seeking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support our children in our Early Years Foundation Stage, Reception class.

The Fradley Park team would like to find an individual who is prepared to ‘pull together with others to help achieve common goals’ and someone who would happily ‘shine a light on others’. Level 3 full and relevant EYFS qualification or equivalent essential.
