Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and the ability to work well with children. Basic understanding of child development and educational practices. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. Proficiency in using educational technology and software. Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or childcare (preferred).
