About the Role: Are you passionate about helping children reach their potential? Join a supportive school in Ealing as a KS2 Teaching Assistant (TA)! This full-time role will have you supporting KS2 students with a range of needs, including Special Educational Needs (SEN), English as an Additional Language (EAL), and challenging behavior. You'll assist in delivering boosters and interventions to ensure all students thrive. As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers, providing one-on-one and small group support. You'll help students with their academic progress, behavior management, and create a positive learning environment.

What We're Looking For: Experience working as a KS2 Teaching Assistant or in a similar role. Strong understanding of SEN and behavior management. Passionate about helping students succeed.
