Provide group support for students in Reception, both in class and during intervention sessions. Assist in the delivery of the curriculum by supporting students with their academic tasks, helping them to achieve their full potential. Support students with literacy, numeracy, and other core subjects, using differentiated strategies to meet individual learning needs. Assist in managing classroom behaviour and maintaining high standards of conduct. Provide pastoral care, helping students with social and emotional development. Support students during breaks, lunch times, and extra-curricular activities, as required. Essential Skills & Experience:
Experience working as a teaching assistant or in a similar role for at least a year. Knowledge of the curriculum and the ability to support students in literacy, numeracy, and other subjects. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. A passion for helping children succeed and ensuring that all students reach their full potential. Desirable:
Training in or knowledge of specific intervention programs or strategies for supporting students in reception. Familiarity with assessment strategies and tracking student progress. How to Apply:
