Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons. Provide 1:1 and small group support to students, including those with additional needs. Assist with planning and preparation of resources to enhance learning. Foster a positive and inclusive environment, encouraging student participation and engagement. Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as required. Ensure the classroom remains a safe and welcoming space, adhering to safeguarding policies. Collaborate with the wider school team to deliver targeted interventions and support programs. Qualifications and Skills

Essential: Experience working with children in a primary school setting. A positive attitude and a genuine passion for education. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Desirable: Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant certificate. Experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEN). Understanding of the primary curriculum. Benefits and Perks
