- We are currently working in partnership with a specialist SEMH provision in Salford to recruit a dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long.
Candidate fit
- Have previous experience working with SEMH, PRU, or challenging behaviour.
- Be confident, calm, and consistent in their approach.
- Be able to build strong relationships with students who may be disengaged from education.
Additional role context
- Supporting pupils on both a 1:1 and small group basis.
- Supporting pupils both inside and outside of the classroom.
