• Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.

Confirmed role details

• We are currently working in partnership with a specialist SEMH provision in Salford to recruit a dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long.

Candidate fit

• Have previous experience working with SEMH, PRU, or challenging behaviour.
• Be confident, calm, and consistent in their approach.
• Be able to build strong relationships with students who may be disengaged from education.

Additional role context

• Supporting pupils on both a 1:1 and small group basis.
• Supporting pupils both inside and outside of the classroom.
