You will: Have experience of working with children or demonstrate an eagerness to learn the necessary skills. Be able to build effective relationships with children, parents and colleagues. Be able to enthuse, challenge and champion children to be the best they can be. Be passionate about enabling every child to grow spiritually, morally, emotionally, physically and intellectually. Be able to follow instructions and reinforce routines. Contribute to the Christian ethos and the wider life of our school.
