We are seeking to appoint a teaching assistant to initially work within lower Key Stage Two, who is passionate about learning and understands the importance that relationships play in creating a safe, secure and inspirational learning environment, where children can thrive both academically and socially. You will: Have experience of working with children or demonstrate an eagerness to learn the necessary skills. Be able to build effective relationships with children, parents and colleagues. Be able to enthuse, challenge and champion children to be the best they can be. Be passionate about enabling every child to grow spiritually, morally, emotionally, physically and intellectually. Be able to follow instructions and reinforce routines. Contribute to the Christian ethos and the wider life of our school.
