Teaching Assistant focuses on provide tailored support to students in and out of the classroom.

What the role involves

• Provide tailored support to students in and out of the classroom.
• Assisting with differentiated learning activities.
• Supporting communication, social, and independence skills.
• Monitoring progress and liaise with staff and SEN coordinators.
• Supporting behaviour management strategies.
• 24/7 GP access & health cash plan.

Skills and requirements

• GCSE Maths & English (Grade 4/C or above).
• Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or working towards).
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
