Team Administrator £23,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience) Euston, London/Hybrid Permanent Role

Our client, a highly respected and well-known brand, is seeking a motivated and professional Team Administrator to join their engineering department. This permanent role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities: Efficiently manage and coordinate diaries for team members, including scheduling professional engagements Prepare detailed documentation and agendas ahead of meetings Handle and prioritize communications on behalf of team members and Directors Arrange and manage all travel and accommodation requirements Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and Directors Organize and maintain team files, ensuring easy accessibility and confidentiality Assist in coordinating team events, meetings, and projects, ensuring seamless execution Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships

Essential Skillset: Demonstrated experience in a Team Assistant role Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong written and verbal communication skills High levels of professionalism and confidentiality

Package: Permanent role. Salary:

£23,000–£30,000 per annum (depending on experience) Working hours:

Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm Hybrid working model:

3 days at home, 2 days in the office Location:

Euston, London
