This position will provide comprehensive administrative support to two UK asset management teams. The position will also provide cover for other team admins in Discretionary asset management, such as the European teams admin. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, outstanding attention to detail, and take pride in maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion. Specific responsibilities:

Coordinating all internal and external meetings and conference calls with corporates (via banks and directly with IR teams), sell side analysts, salespeople and other research providers Liaising with the client services team to book in client meetings and UK trips for portfolio managers and analysts to see clients Ensuring fast, seamless communication and scheduling between all stakeholders Actively managing booked meetings and conference schedules, including managing rooms, conference connection info, restaurant bookings and catering where required General administrative tasks including screening calls, expenses, travel arrangements, liaising with tech support and facilities on behalf of the teams Cover for other team admins in discretionary asset management, such as the European teams admin Significant experience as a team assistant or admin within an asset management team or other similarly fast-paced environment Excellent organisational skills plus the ability to prioritise competing demands, multi-task and serve multiple stakeholders in a timely manner High level of discretion Proficient user of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Our Culture, Values and Benefits at Man
