Job Description

Partner & Team Administrator Based in their EC1 office Either 4 or 5 days a week, 1 day WFH Salary is c£37k FTE We are seeking a highly organised and proactive admin support professional to assist our Private Client Tax partners & fee earners in a friendly, fast paced professional services firm. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and team player with excellent communication and multitasking skills, capable of handling confidential information with discretion, ensuring the smooth functioning of the tax teams operations. Primary Responsibilities: Support for Partners & Fee Earners: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to multiple team members, including managing calendars, onboarding clients, coordinating travel and meetings, and preparing documents. Document Management: Prepare, proofread, format, and distribute various documents such as proposals, reports, and correspondence, ensuring adherence to our standards. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance. Client Relations: Act as the primary liaison between clients and colleagues, fostering strong relationships, assisting with client onboarding, managing communications, scheduling meetings, and maintaining up-to-date client records. Conduct background checks, draft engagement letters, and set up clients on relevant systems. Billing & Invoicing: Assist in the preparation of client invoices and billing processes. Additional Duties: Collaborate with internal departments to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency, providing support to other teams as required. Required Skills: Proven experience in a similar role supporting multiple stakeholders. Ideally worked within Financial Services organization. . Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness. Highly organized with the ability to take initiative. Confident and enthusiastic demeanor. Demonstrated collaborative and participative approach, with the ability to engage, inspire, and influence individuals at all levels within the organization.
